Anna Lundmark People & Culture Partner
anna@impactarena.com
+46 72-987 58 67
Anna is a true tech geek hidden inside a People and Culture Partner. She is a generation of the internet revolution and adapted early into the online lifestyle and gaming. It then came naturally for her to be in the front seat of building Gothenburg’s largest game studio EA Ghost. With a proven track record of building a world-class AAA game developer team, she then took on her next big assignment, turning a small startup into a full-on scale-up. With Inteleon SMS Park she was head of Talent acquisition for their tech department.
Anna’s experience is one of a kind, and she will be a great asset to have onboard building an organization and coaching founders on their road ahead and building a culture based on trust. She has a strong analytical side and a sharp business mind. Where other people might get lost in translation regarding technical terms, Anna will ask the harder questions.
She spends her spare time at her summer house in the woods with family and three kids. As a twin mum, she has multitasking superpowers.

Elin Hartelius People & Culture Partner

Elin began her career with three sabbatical years traveling the world before she landed in Uppsala, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in 2008. Since then, Elin has worked in different roles/companies/industries within the HR field in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
Elin loves to experiment, innovate, and challenge the status quo and thrives in the entrepreneurial role where the sky is the limit.
When Elin is not working, you will usually find her in the forest – either with the family or running while listening to an exciting podcast. She ran the toughest Ultramarathon in Sweden in November -19, 175 kilometers in mud and darkness. She managed that thanks to her focus and dedication (and a lot of training).

After a couple of years in the IT- industry, Emmy changed course and graduated from the Kaospilots in 2005 and has since then worked in HR roles in several industries.
In parallel, she has been a voluntary worker in various forms. Emmy’s interest in people’s different choices is based on her years in Guinea-Bissau, South Africa, Mexico, Denmark, and Spain, where she has lived, studied, and worked.
After three Sahara Marathons, Emmy has turned into an Ultrarunner. This summer, she succeeded with her biggest challenge, so far, to run 320 kilometers – from Götaplatsen to Båstad. That gave her a great experience and of course proof of her persistence.

Lovisa has worked with search and recruitment in the tech industry since IT recruitment was easy (it was a while ago). Lovisa loves to build strong management teams while helping individuals to take the next step in their personal development.
When Lovisa does not drink black coffee with customers and candidates or sits with her nose down in the latest digital sourcing tool, she is either running or sitting on her yoga mat. That’s where she finds focus in an intensive everyday life, where job and entrepreneurship are intertwined with family life.
